Guten Tag
So you might ask
"Do you even know German?"
Nope. But I am
learning. Through my job at Best Buy I was able to get an accommodation
with Rosetta Stone for a year. I have been working hard on learning the
language in my spare time through that program and it has been a lot of fun. I
expect to rapidly excel once there in Germany. I hope.
Right now I am
focusing on what to do with my stuff. I hoping that there might be some unused
attic space and other nooks and crannies I can hide my stuff for a year. The
Lord will provide. Other than that, I have submitted my passport renewal form.
It HAS been 10 years since my first time to Nigeria in High school. 10 years
out of high school! Wow.
We continue to
have great meetings in preparation for this summer's camp. Our team is
nearly complete and ready to go.
Please be praying
for a couple in Germany whose wife has stomach cancer. They are very key
leaders in the church and will be out of commission for a while to figure this
thing out and see where the Lord takes them.
I want to provide
you with updated information of how the ministry is going. My goal, once in
Germany, is to write once a week, but never less than once a month. You can
also reach me on Skype @ nickolasdylan,
or if you have an iPhone you can always iMessage me, just make sure your text message
send button is blue and not green.
Today I am
finishing my support letters and mailing those out. If you have any questions
as to how you can support the ministry in Germany or specifically about my
current roles and situation, please contact me by email at
NickPoole.4@gmail.com (don't miss the dot between the “poole” and the “4”) or
by phone at 979-820-1393!
